Balogh RFID systems for traceability showed at Traçabilité , booth A11
Balogh will be showing its innovative RFID solutions tailored to the specific needs of its customers in numerous applications such as:
- Tracking & authentication of value documents.
- Protection of valuable articles (safety material, protection equipment, weapons etc),
- Asset tracking & management
and many more …
Balogh favours a non technology-oriented approach thanks to its full expertise covering UHF range and high frequency 13,56MHz RFID systems.
1. Parcel and pallet tagging with Balogh's latest UHF solution
 |
The UHF Range includes read-write units with an operation frequency of 868 MHz, integrated antennas that support almost all types of current transponders ISO 18 000-6 A, B, C modes (EPC Class1 Gen1, Class1 Gen2).
Up to 4 readers can be connected to the data management unit (DCU).
They achieve the logistic market's requirements fo high volume bulk reading of passive tags on pallets and parcels.
The reading distance goes up to 3 m, dependent on transponder type and local environment |
Applications :
- Retail and logistic markets,
- Transport, load/unload, mail distribution
2. ItemTagging with its innovative range of 13,56 MHz
(Iso 18000-3 Mode 2) IGate tunnels
The IGate tunnels ensure high speed, 100% read rate of 13,56 Mhz tags. This state of the art solution reads simultaneously hundreds of tags regardless of the orientation. It is fully compliant with the international standard ISO18000-3 Mode 2 (evolution of Mode 1, i.e. ISO15693).
Due to this agreement, Balogh acquired the necessary abilities for the manufacturing of reading tunnels, based on the PJM™ technology.
These identification equipments read and write onto low cost and small passive (without battery) electronic labels. |
 |
This technology reads "on the fly" and simultaneously tags with zero separation or tags placed in all orientation, together with an exceptional reading accuracy.
The ISO18000-3/2 allows the reading of tags 5 to 30 times faster than with the ISO18000-3/1 (ex-ISO15693) norm.
Applications :
- Supply chain
- Food and pharmaceuticals
- Mail order and postal distribution centres
- Parcel and luggage tracking
